4-H staff have should follow Extension reporting requirements and deadlines. Resources on this page are intended to supplement the official Extension resources.

Key Reporting Deadlines

• January 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 10/1/25 to 12/31/25.
• April 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 1/1/26 to 3/31/26.
• July 10, 2026: report on activities conducted 4/1/26 to 6/30/26.
• September 30, 2026: report on activities conducted 7/1/26 to 9/30/26. Finalize all activities conducted 10/1/25 to 9/30/26.

How to Request a New PEARS Site

• Send an email uie-pears-notifications@illinois.edu.
• In the email body include organization name, address, city, and zip in your request.
