  • Multi-year unit plans of work are based on unit needs assessment findings

Educator-led needs assessment

  • Used to inform educator programming
  • Educators determine purpose and approach, consulting with your county director and program leader as needed
  • May incorporate program demand data, needs assessment survey, key informant interviews, secondary data, literature review, regulatory information, and funding opportunities, etc.
