Logan 4-H Alumni will host a Chocolate/Chili Cookoff & BINGO event on Sunday, January 26 from 2 – 5 pm at the Logan County Extension Office.  Enter the contest OR just plan to join us that day to socialize, taste entries, and have some fun trying BINGO (prizes awarded each BINGO game)!  All 4-H alumni, 4-H Volunteers, and/or current 4-H parents are invited to make their best chili and/or best chocolate recipe to enter in the contest!  4-H members are also invited to make their best chili (up to six youth entries) and/or chocolate item (up to six youth entries) to bring to contest (accompanied by at least one adult)!  Check-in will take place 1:45 pm – 2:15 pm.  Judging promptly at 2:15 pm.  Recipes (from scratch) need to be prepared at home and brought ready to be portioned out for sampling. Serving utensils and extension cord (if needed) should be brought with the entry(ies).   Bingo begins at 3 pm and crowd favorite voting/tasting can take place throughout the afternoon.  Contest winners will be announced around 4:30-4:45 pm.  To attend the event and/or enter the chocolate/chili cookoff, register by Jan. 23.
