University of Illinois Extension will be offering a hands on morning of fun with Wizarding World of 4-H.  Open to all youth that have completed 1st through 12th grades.  4-H membership not required.

9:00 - 9:15 Drive Through Check-In

9:15 - Broom Making & Cape Creation

9:45 - Rotations: Wizard Tournament, Care of Magical Creatures, & Candle Making Class

12:00 - Drive Through Check-out

After check-in, participants will be sorted into their houses, create a broom, and embellish their very own cape.  After, participants will head to the Care of Magical Creatures class where they will make a wool needle felted mandrake to take home. In the Candle Making class, participants will enjoy learning the art of candle making.  Finally, every participant will participate in the Wizard Tournament. They will use their brooms to fly through an obstacle course. Classes will be on a rotational basis.  It will be a busy morning of fun, creativity, and hands-on learning!
