Learn how to make perfect pie crusts and practice your crust-making technique during this hands-on workshop with Sangamon/Menard 4-H Foods Superintendent Joan Theobald. This workshop is designed for 4-H’ers with intermediate-to-advanced cooking experience, especially those enrolled in Cooking 201, 301, or 401. (Pie crust is an exhibit option for Cooking 401.)
