Water Bath Canning Equipment

Boiling water bath canning is a safe food preservation method for most high-acid foods when following a tested recipe. It allows the product to reach a temperature of 212°F at sea level, which destroys most molds, yeasts, and microorganisms.

Pressure Canning Equipment

Pressure canners can reach a temperature of 240 F and provide the only safe heat-processing method for preserving low-acid foods, such as green beans, carrots, meats, squash and pumpkin, and stews, soups, and broths.
