3 avocados, washed, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced (2 Tablespoons)
3 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, washed, seeded, and chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pinch of cayenne pepper
½ cup onion, diced
½ teaspoon. salt
Wash hands with soap and water.
Wash the avocados well under running water. Dry avocado Peel, pit, and mash avocadoes. Combine avocadoes and lime juice first.
Combine the remainder of the ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour for the best flavor.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to four days.
