Meatloaf for Two

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon 1% milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoon seasoned Italian
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon barbecue sauce of choice
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Wash hands with soap and water. In a medium bowl, beat together milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce with a fork.
  4. Mix in beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  5. Shape into 2 loaves and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Wash hands.
  6. Brush loaves with barbecue sauce.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160 degrees or the center of each loaf is cooked through entirely.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving and enjoy! 

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to four days.
