Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 medium peaches, washed, peeled, and sliced  
  • 1-5.3 oz. container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • ¾ cup orange juice  
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk  
  • ½ banana, peeled 
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg 
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
  3. Midway through blending, use a spoon to push ingredients from the top to the bottom for even blending. Once blended, serve and enjoy.
