Ingredients
- 2 medium peaches, washed, peeled, and sliced
- 1-5.3 oz. container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- ½ banana, peeled
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
- Midway through blending, use a spoon to push ingredients from the top to the bottom for even blending. Once blended, serve and enjoy.
