Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 medium peaches, washed, peeled, and sliced  
  • 1 (5.3 oz.) container nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • ¾ cup orange juice  
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk  
  • ½ banana, peeled 
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg 
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
  3. Midway through blending, use a spoon to push ingredients from the top to the bottom for even blending. Once blended, serve and enjoy.

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two days.
