Simply Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
  • 4 large Roma tomatoes, washed  

  • 1 medium green bell pepper, washed  

  • 1 small yellow onion, washed

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, washed  

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed  

  • 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice  

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced  

Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.  

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Combine in a food processor or blender for a thinner consistency and pulse a few times. Enjoy! 

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to seven days.
