Ingredients
4 large Roma tomatoes, washed
1 medium green bell pepper, washed
1 small yellow onion, washed
1 jalapeno pepper, washed
1 bunch fresh cilantro, washed
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Directions
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Combine in a food processor or blender for a thinner consistency and pulse a few times. Enjoy!
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to seven days.
