SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Each year after the local 4-H shows, local award-winning 4-H members display their general project work during the three days of the Illinois State Fair at the Orr Building. This year, 4-H members from Franklin, Jackson, Perry, Randolph, and Williamson counties had youth exhibit projects on Friday, August 14, the first day of the General Project show at the Illinois State Fair.
