Cindy Bauman

As Franklin County 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator, Cindy Bauman supports the promotion, expansion and implementation of 4-H Youth Development programs in the schools and communities in Franklin County. She coordinates with appropriate staff and/or volunteers to plan and facilitate 4-H events, workshops, school programs and activities. Bauman identifies critical priority needs and issues to be addressed through Extension 4-H youth programs, including under-served youth audiences.
