Allison Kocher is the 4-H Program Coordinator for the University of Illinois Extension in Richland County. She has an extensive knowledge of working in the agriculture industry, especially animals. She grew up in Richland County and has been a part of various organizations within the community. Before fulfilling this position, she was a 4-H member and later became a club leader.

Allison resides in Olney, IL with her husband Seth. She worked as a veterinarian assistant for the last 3.5 years. She is a hobby beekeeper with her family. Her family has been hobby beekeeping for the past 4 generations. Together, they also help farm on Seth’s family farm- 4K Farms.

Locally, Allison serves as the Co-Chair for Richland County Farm Bureau Young Leaders. She is also an alumnus of the Olney FFA along with being involved in various committees within the community. Her other personal hobbies and interests include animals, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Allison is excited about serving Richland County 4-H youth and volunteers. She hopes to continue to enhance the youth’s knowledge with her unique views and ideas.
