2021 BEEF Weigh-In

Fairgrounds in the Beef Barn

*Reschedule or Snow date – Feb. 20 8am –11am. 

 Please register HERE

Register:

• ALL members enrolled in BEEF Project must register that they WILL or will NOT attend Beef weigh-in
• ONE registration per FAMILY
• MAXIMUM number of animals you might bring or NONE
• IF you need STATE FAIR tags and how many
• Preferred time slot 

PLEASE include CELL PHONE number below as emergency contact in event of cancellation or need to reschedule.

SAFETY Protocols will be in place. 

Members & Volunteers MUST:

• Wear a face mask/covering at all times
• maintain 6 ft social distance when possible
• limit number of attendees to include enrolled project member/s and adult assistant only
• remain in vehicles until instructed to unload
• NO standing around, visiting or congregating will be allowed in the barn, weigh-in area or outside of the beef barn.
• THANK YOU for cooperation in advanced so that we may be allowed to proceed with the beef weigh-in

Contact the Extension office or Livestock Superintendent if you are available to help with set-up prior to weigh-in.
