McDonough County 4-H Federation is a group of 4-H members who want to strengthen 4-H within their county. The members of Federation are ones who demonstrate leadership, ability, imagination, and enthusiasm toward 4-H, have the ability to offer ideas, they are willing to work, and have  the dependability and ability to function well with people of all ages. Federation bring together youth from different clubs into one representative group. The group plans events throughout the year for their members that focus on leadership training, decision making, event planning and socialization. Anyone 4-H member in 8th grade or older interested in becoming a part of Federation is welcome!
