Improve your sleep levels.

SLEEP is a six-week evidence-based program designed to help people get more and better sleep. Each week, participants will watch a short video, discuss it, and set personal goals for using the techniques or concepts they have discussed.

Our SLEEP at lunch series is designed for those on the go that want to connect virtually over their lunch hours. Family Life Educator Robin Ridgley will lead the six-part program that meets on Thursdays from 12:15 - 12:45 p.m. Registration is for entire six-part series, which includes the following:

Sept. 28: Introduction to Sleep and Health
Oct. 5: Sleep Hygiene Best Practices
Oct. 12: Stimulus Control Therapy to Fall Asleep Faster
Oct. 19: Mindfulness and Relaxation to Improve Sleep
Oct. 26: Relationships Between Sleep and Physical Activity
Nov. 2: Sleep Myths, Review, and Wrap-Up
