Franklin County 4-H Public Speaking Contest

Highlight your exceptional presentation abilities at the Franklin County 4-H Public Speaking Contest on March 6 at 6 p.m. at the Franklin County Extension Office This is open to 4-H members between the ages of 8-19. • Formal Speech
• Illustrated Speech
• Original Works 
• Oral Interpretation
