Preserving food can be a great way to reduce food waste and enjoy your harvest well past the growing season. This process may seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be difficult. Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Mary Liz Wright, will explain different types of canning, canning safety procedures, and provide a live demonstration. Come get your questions answered and learn how canning might work for your family. Registration is appreciated. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet access needs.
