Kids in the Park is a six-part series for youth to enjoy hiking, fishing & kayaking as they dive into a specific topic related to nature. This year's topic is big bird raptors. Large birds of prey are known as big bird raptors. They have powerful talons, keen eyesight, and predatory behavior. They play important roles in our ecosystems as top predators, helping regulate prey species' populations and contributing to overall biodiversity.

The introductory meeting is May 22 with five additional sessions in May and June. This club is limited to 25 participants (ages 8-18), so sign up early to reserve your spot! Call (618) 357-2126 or visit go.illinois.edu/PerryKids.
