Both seminars in Fairfield and Albion will feature the following topics:
Where to Start: Decluttering Your Home
Do you feel overwhelmed trying to organize your stuff? Many of us struggle to keep up with the clutter in our lives. In this session, we will discuss reasons for clutter and learn the benefits of decluttering and minimizing. We will also explore strategies for "where to start" when it comes to decluttering.
Let’s Talk about Stress
Stress is a funny thing. Sometimes it can motivate us, but if we don’t find an outlet, we can experience negative effects mentally and physically. In this program, we will explore the signs and effects of stress. Attendees will practice stress management tools and discuss how boundaries and accountability can help manage stress.
Participants of all ages are encouraged to attend.
