Join Susan Glassman, Food and Nutrition Educator with Illinois Extension, to learn about the benefits of healthy fats, how to choose olive oil for both flavor and health, and simple ways to include it in everyday meals. During the session, participants will also make their own flavorful herbal olive oil dip to sample in the session.
