TOLEDO, Ill. — Community members are invited to attend a Fall Mum Workshop at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Toledo Village Clerk’s Office.
Participants will learn about mums and how to care for them, then help beautify Toledo Square by planting mums in the community planters. Each participant will receive one mum plant to take home.
The event is free and made possible through a grant from the University of Illinois Extension State Master Gardener program.
For more information, contact program coordinator Jenny Lee at 217-345-7034.
If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate, please contact 217-543-3755. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to meet your needs.
