ALBION, Ill. – Whether you’re renewing an Illinois pesticide license or applying for one, registration is now open for local in-person testing sessions. Testing is provided by the Illinois Department of Agriculture in collaboration with Illinois Extension for pesticide applicators and operators who need a commercial, private, or special license.

In-person testing is free and will be available in Edwards, Richland, and Wayne counties from December through March. Testers will need to bring photo identification, a pencil, and a calculator; calculators on phones are not permitted. Registration is required, and early registration is strongly encouraged as class sizes are limited.
