Debra Collier is the 4-H program coordinator in Edwards County and joined Extension in May of 2018. As the 4-H program coordinator, Debra plans 4-H workshops for local youth, provides in-school programming, manages the annual 4-H general project, animal, and livestock shows, and works together with county 4-H clubs and volunteers. Debra enjoys working with the youth and making sure they have opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.
