Diana Dugan joined the University of Illinois Extension team in 2006 as a part time office support assistant in Henderson County and transitioned to full-time in 2012 in Warren County. She received her associate's degree in business administration from Southeastern Community College. 

Dugan provides support to the Extension County Director as well as her colleagues in the areas of 4-H & Youth Development, Horticulture, and Family Life. She enjoys working most directly with the 4-H program by supporting families and volunteers throughout their 4-H experience.

She connects clients with an educator promptly and efficiently to provide the expertise needed to accomplish their goals. This customer service is provided with a smile and clients can be sure they were provided factual and reliable information.

When not assisting Extension clientele, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she really enjoys the wind therapy while riding her motorcycle and meeting new friends along the way.
