Kit Graves is the SNAP-Ed community outreach worker serving Wabash and Lawrence counties. Graves provides education and resources that support balanced nutrition and overall health and wellness through the SNAP-Ed program.
Graves is a certified family and community development specialist and previously worked as a Head Start teacher with Wabash Area Development Inc. (WADI). Graves enjoys supporting the community with knowledge and skills that enhance their quality of life.
Graves resides in Mt. Carmel with her husband, two sons, and family pets. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, being creative, and, as she puts it, “attempting to have a green thumb.”
