Pomegranate and Hemp Hearts with Yogurt

Ingredients
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt  
  • 2 Tablespoons pomegranate arils     
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seed hearts
Directions
  • Wash hands with soap and water.
  • Divide yogurt between two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with 1 Tablespoon pomegranate arils and 1/2 Tablespoon hemp seed hearts.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
