Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons pomegranate arils
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seed hearts
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Divide yogurt between two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1 Tablespoon pomegranate arils and 1/2 Tablespoon hemp seed hearts.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
