You can upload projects over a series of days or all at once. But don't hit submit until all projects are uploaded. IF you accidentally hit submit before you are finished, email Cartha at cgustafs@illinois.edu or Tiffany at tcervnts@illinois.edu and we will approve you to go back into your family profile.

Virtual Show Upload Requirements & Tip Sheet - Helpful overview of how a virtual fair works and specific requirements by project area. Use this in conjunction with the 4-H Original Handbook requirements.

Family Instructions to Enroll in Exhibits - This is very similar to how you would make your entry in past years in FairEntry, except at the end you upload your project instead of bringing it to the show. We highly recommend you have your project completed BEFORE beginning the submission process.

Project Report Form - Required for most projects.

QAEC - Training is due by June 30.  4-H'ers who exhibit horses, rabbits, poultry, dogs, and cats must complete Quality Assurance and Ethics Training once in their 4-H career. Training is required to show at the fair.  You must complete this on a desktop or laptop computer; not a tablet or cellphone.

YQCA - Training must be completed by June 30. All 4-H exhibitors of beef, swine, sheep, and goats are required to be certified. Registration and payment must be done online.
