Join us and University of Illinois instructor and meat judging coach, Brandon Klehm, to learn about meat science and evaluation, discuss carcass evaluation, complete a meat fabrication and cooking demonstration.
Ages: Do not have to be a 4-H member to attend. 5-18 years (cloverbuds ages 5-7 require an adult present). Families welcome to join in the fun!
