Think like a food scientist and explore the oxidation of apples with a fun enzymatic browning experiment. Participants will receive all the materials they need to complete the science experiment, fun facts about food science and a Fall-themed recipe to try on their own. 

Available for pick-up on October 18.

Open to youth ages 8-18.

Register by October 1, 2022.
