If you are interested in learning how to prepare a salad/grain bowl, from Abbi Cook the owner of Abbi’s Salads to Go Go, you should sign up soon!  Abbi was recently awarded the Best At Home Business at the Albion Chamber of Commerce Banquet.  Abbi will be instructing on what makes a well-composed dish, hitting all notes of salt, fat, acid, and heat to optimize flavor.  As discussing, knife skills and presentation will be learned.  Register today, space is limited.  Snacks and drinks will be provided before starting.  This is for youth ages 12 & up.
