Learn about Shotgun, Pistol, and Rifle shooting during two sessions with the 4-H Shooting Sports program in Logan County. Programming is run by caring adult volunteers, who are certified instructors in their disciplines. The sessions are December 9 and 16, 10 AM-noon in Chestnut. Participants should attend both sessions. The workshop is open to any youth age 8-18, but age restrictions apply to specific shooting disciplines:
- Shotgun - must be age 10 and older as of September 1, 2023
- Pistol
- Air Pistol - must be age 10 and older as of September 1, 2023
- .22 Small Bore Pistol - must be age 12 and older as of September 1, 2023
- Rifle
- Air Rifle - must be age 8 and older as of September 1, 2023
- Small Bore Rifle - must be age 10 and older as of September 1, 2023
