• Each month, there is a coloring sheet for you to complete at your own leisure to help promote mindfulness and mental health. We also have a challenge each month that focuses on an aspect of health. Our challenges focus on mental health, physical health, and environmental health.
• At the end of each month, take a picture of your completed tracker for that month and upload it at the link on the QR code for that month. For every week that you have reached your goal, you will be entered in a drawing for a prize. Even if you miss a few days during the month, still upload your tracker, as you will be entered for each week that you completed.
