Kankakee County
Kankakee County Extension Office

Our office is located at 1650 Commerce Drive in Bourbonnais, just off Larry Power Road. We are behind Fit Body U and Belson Steel, west of Panera and past the railroad tracks.

Grundy County
Grundy County Extension Office

Our office is located at 4004 North Division Street in Morris, inside the Kendall-Grundy Farm Bureau building. We are on Route 47, north of Interstate 80 and immediately south of Saratoga School.

Will County Extension Office

Directions:
Our office is located at 100 Manhattan Road in Joliet, inside the Will County Farm Bureau building. We are located just east of Richards Street on the south side of the street. The building is down a hill.

Have a gardening question but prefer to visit in person? We’d love to see you! Stop by during office hours, and our staff can help you submit your question to our Gardening Help Desk team.
Please note that a gardening expert may not be available to provide an immediate diagnosis during your visit. Our Help Desk is a dispersed team of Extension horticulture experts and trained Master Gardener volunteers who work from different offices and locations throughout our communities.
Your question will be sent to the Help Desk, and an Extension horticulture expert or trained Master Gardener will typically follow up within two to three business days.
Bringing a plant, insect, or other sample?

You may bring your question and sample to one of our offices, and our staff can help you submit it to the Gardening Help Desk. Secure the sample in a paper bag so it can breathe, and check the current office hours listed on this page before visiting.

Please wait until our team contacts you to confirm whether a sample is needed. If requested, you will receive a sample label and a QR code linked to your Gardening Help Desk request. Print the label and attach it to the paper bag, or show the QR code on your phone when you arrive so staff can check in and correctly match your sample with your question.

Please note that the Kankakee County office does not currently offer after-hours drop-off. Before leaving your sample, print your Gardening Help Desk sample label and securely attach it to the bag.
