Grundy County Clover Supporters Livestock Grant
The Grundy County Clover Supporters Livestock Grant essay contest is open to any Grundy County 4-H club member who is eligible to show at the 2026 4-H Fair. To apply, an applicant must write an essay on a particular theme. Members may apply for multiple general project grants; however, separate grants must be completed for each project.
The recipient will receive funds to purchase materials and resources to create their general project or to purchase animals and supplies. The recipient of each grant is required to show the project at the 2026 Grundy County 4-H Fair. Applications are due March 1, 2026.

Kankakee County 4-H Youth Foundation Scholarships
The Kankakee County 4-H/Youth Foundation was formed for (1) the purpose of promoting educational opportunities for participation in 4-H/youth activities in Kankakee County and (2) to encourage continued education through scholarships. To aid in furthering advanced education for the youth of Kankakee County, this year the Foundation is again offering $1,000 scholarships to current and former 4-H students who plan to continue his/her education in the fall of 2026.
Four scholarships will be awarded to applicants who are presently enrolled in college/technical programs or who have been out of school for a time and are now returning for further training. Four scholarships will be awarded to applicants who are members of the current year’s high school graduating class. Students may receive a 4-H/Youth Foundation Scholarship twice. Allocation of scholarships will be at the determination of the scholarship review committee to total eight scholarships between the two levels of applicants.
