Succulents are a popular houseplant, but do you have what it takes to help one thrive? Learn the skills needed to plant and raise succulents at the Hug in a Mug workshop, facilitated by Katie Bell, Illinois Extension local foods and small farms educator. Attendees will go home with a succulent, planted in a recycled coffee mug, to keep or gift to someone special. They'll also make Valentine's Day cards to be delivered to the local nursing home. Youth ages 8-18 are invited to attend and do not have to be a member of 4-H to participate.
