Join Illinois Extension for a FREE brain health series starting in February! All programs are held on Mondays at 10 a.m. at the Chester Public Library, 733 State St., Chester, IL 62233. This three-part series will explore lifestyle choices that contribute to overall brain health. The first part of the series will be held on February 17 and will cover engaging pen-and-paper brain exercises to create a lifestyle plan that promotes behaviors that positively influence brain health.
