Did you know that cork production is considered a sustainable industry because only part of the tree is collected, leaving the specimen to live and grow? Explore the sustainable cork harvest of cork oak trees (Quercus suber) with Master Gardener Pamela Appleton at the Benton Public Library. 

This program will be held every 30 minutes from 3:30 - 6 p.m.

Registration is required, as seating is limited to 20 participants per session. Reserve your spot at go.illinois.edu/cork.
