Eat and Educate - Hold that Thought

Have you ever gone into a room and couldn’t remember why you went in there? Have you ever misplaced your keys or cell phone? Have you ever forgotten what you were about to say? If you’ve answered “yes,” you are not alone! Everyone forgets things now and again, and this happens throughout life. This workshop will look at the memory process and what researchers say contributes to brain health, as well as strategies for helping with everyday forgetfulness.
