Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups spinach, rinsed
  • 12 ounce bag of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup blueberries, washed
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup water 
Directions
  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
  3. Midway through blending, use a spoon to push ingredients from the top to the bottom for even blending. Once blended, serve and enjoy. 

    Store in the refrigerator for up to two days, or freeze into popsicles!
