Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 

  • 4 oz. softened Neufchatel cheese (reduced-fat cream cheese) 

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar 

  • ½ cup strawberries, rinsed and crushed  

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.  

2. Place yogurt and Neufchatel cheese in a medium bowl. Beat on low with a mixer until combined. 

3. Add powdered sugar and strawberries. Continue beating on medium until incorporated. 

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. 

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to four days.
