Dr. Michelle Norberto-Whipple, an accomplished and dedicated educator, holds an Ed. D in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Gifted Studies from the University of Denver. She received a Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Business Administration from Howard University.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience teaching diverse populations at the elementary level and higher education. Throughout her career, she has exemplified a commitment to building community in the classroom for culturally linguistically and economically diverse (CLED) learners and community engagement.

A significant part of Dr. Norberto-Whipple's expertise lies in developing curricula that enhance, empower, and nurture learners' abilities, not only addressing individual needs but also contributing to creating a sense of belonging through community-building. Furthermore, this approach narrows academic gaps by developing children into reflective thinkers and problem-solvers while positively impacting the broader community.
