Add beauty to your landscape with plants from the Plant Sale

As the temperature begins to rise it’s almost time to get your hands in the dirt. Find new plants for your home landscape at the Master Gardener Plant Sale hosted by University of Illinois Extension.

The 22nd Annual Plant Sale will take place May 6 and 7 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Knox County Nursing Home, 800 N. Market St., Knoxville, Ill. Master Gardeners divide some of their best varieties of perennials in an effort to raise money to help maintain the historic gardens at the nursing home. All proceeds benefit the nursing home grounds and residents’ program. Master Gardeners will be available to answer all your gardening questions.

For more information, please contact Wendy Ferguson, horticulture program coordinator.
