During American Heart Month this February, join University of Illinois Extension to learn about shopping and cooking for a healthier heart.  

Classes will include a short lesson and either recipe samples, lunch, or dinner.  

Youth, ages 7 and older, are welcome to attend with an adult.

There is a $5 fee for this lesson and a meal will be provided.
