Grant will be discussing pests like Japanese beetles, chipmunks, slugs, and many others that are known to wreak havoc in a newly planted vegetable garden. Grant will share strategies about how to limit the destruction of these pests and control them to help ensure you are on the right path towards a great season.

Container Vegetable Gardening - May 29, 2020

During this webinar Grant will discuss the strategy of growing vegetables in containers. Container vegetable gardening is a great approach to take is you do not have the space or you need to move your plants around during the season. Topics that will be covered include the basics of getting started, selecting the right containers for the right plants, general management, and trouble-shooting.

Growing Herbs and Others - June 5, 2020

Along with summer vegetables, herbs deserve a place in the garden. This final webinar of the series will get into the basics of choosing herbs, planting, managing, and trouble-shooting. In addition, tea garden herbs will be covered.
