8 - 9AM Project Check In
Leave your project at judge’s table. All projects not checked in by 9 a.m. will be considered dropped. Out of respect for judges, bring the tag of the dropped project and give to check in that day.

9AM - Noon Conference Judging
All youth with project(s) will visit with a judge about their 4-H Project. There is an option for “Drop and Go” for members who do not feel comfortable with face to face judging. Contact Beth Chatterton for more information. All individuals who are exhibiting General Projects at the Illinois State Fair need to confirm to the office by Thursday, July 8 at 4:30 p.m.

1:30PM Rabbit Show Check In at the Show Barn

2PM Rabbit Show in the Show Barn

5 -8PM Livestock Check In
Hard copies of original registration papers must be present at time of check in.

 

*All 4-H shows are subject to change.
*University of Illinois Extension requests that current guidelines from the CDC, IDPH, and campus be followed to protect the health of our 4-H community.
- Fully vaccinated people (14 days after final dose) are not required to wear face coverings.
- Face covering for youth under 12 and people who are not fully vaccinated will be required indoors. Masks may be removed outdoors only when it is possible to maintain social distance of at least 6 feet.
*Our 4-H shows will be livestreamed for those that are unable to attend in person. Signs will be posted around the show barns for those that attend that wish to not be viewed on video. Video quality and availability will be determined by internet connection and staff availability.
