Join us for a session focused on Mindfulness and Yoga. Youth will learn basic yoga and stretching techniques and focus on enhancing mental health and wellness through mindfulness activities. This is a great hands-on opportunity for youth ages 8-18. Parents can join in too!
If attending in-person, there is a $5 fee for use of the facility. Payable to D&D Fitness. No cost for joining virtually via Zoom.
Personal Trainer Lisa Klaus-Ogden will be on hand to guide youth in this activity.
