Are you forgetful?

Have you ever gone into a room and couldn’t remember why you went in there? Misplaced your keys or cell phone? Forgotten what you were about to say? If you’ve answered “yes,” you are not alone! Everyone forgets things now and again, and this happens throughout life. Memory changes as we age, but forgetfulness is common for people at all stages of life. Join us on August 28 at 11 a.m. to explore the memory process and what researchers say contributes to brain health, as well as strategies for helping with everyday forgetfulness.

September 11 - Fit Wits: Keep Your Brain Healthy and Engaged
Keeping your wits fit requires more than just doing crossword puzzles or word searches. There is increasing evidence that brain health is directly related to body health. This should come as no surprise since the brain and the body functions interdependently. However, most people think more about keeping their bodies fit or their hearts healthy than working at maintaining a healthy brain. Learn more about the aging brain and what you can do to keep your brain healthy and engaged.
