Have you ever wished a loved one was still around so you could ask them a question or write down the details of a treasured memory with their help? Maybe you collect special moments in a notebook but aren’t sure what to do with them. Whatever the motivation for your interest, everyone has a unique and individual story worth sharing.

Participants will be guided with fun writing prompts and exercises that help to trigger memories and generate ideas for how to approach their writing. No previous writing experience is necessary.

Registration is required and can be completed at the Galesburg Public Library reference desk, or by calling 309-343-6118.

Questions? Please email workshop leader, Tessa-Hobbs Curley, at tessa@illinois.edu.
