University of Illinois Master Gardeners serving Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Moultrie and Shelby counties invite the public to their annual Spring Plant Sale at Garden Fest on May 13, 2023.   They will be selling a variety of plants at Lytle Park in Mattoon featuring hanging baskets, vegetable plants for your garden, herbs, and houseplants.  Gardening gloves, garden decor, and gently used gardening items will also be offered this year.  Visit our Facebook page starting May 9 to see our featured plants.

Extension Master Gardener volunteers will be available with to answer lawn and gardening questions and give suggestions for planting and landscaping.  Save the date and make plans to come to Lytle Park to see what we have available.
